Working check at pickup
We power the item on with you before your card is charged. If it doesn't work, we don't charge you.
Your card
For an item in stock, the price is held on your card at checkout and charged only when you collect. For a pre-order, your card is saved and nothing is charged; we hold the price when the item arrives and charge it when you collect. A reservation needs no card.
Pickup
At the Deals Desk in our Mackey Street store only (#2 Royal Palm Mall), with photo ID, within 3 days of our ready message. After that the order is cancelled and the hold on your card is released.
Warranty
Manufacturer's warranty only, where the maker honours it outside the US. Each listing says which. Mr. Ship It does not provide repairs.
Limits
One per member on items with limited stock. Every item is brand new.
Prices
The price you see includes everything: Customs duty, fees and VAT. The "import it yourself" figure is an estimate at the US store's regular price with our published shipping rates.
