- How do I get my free US shipping address?
- Sign up for a free account in a few minutes. You'll instantly receive a personal US address at our Miami Lakes, Florida warehouse to use at checkout on any US store.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Freight is a flat $8.99 for packages up to 5 lb, then $1.89 per pound up to 30 lb, the lowest rate among the major competitors, with no brokerage or air cargo fees. Your total also includes customs duty, VAT, and package protection. Use our shipping calculator for an exact estimate before you buy.
- How long does delivery take?
- We run frequent flights from Florida. After your package arrives at our US warehouse and clears customs, delivery to Nassau typically takes about two business days, with a little more time for the Family Islands.
- Where can I pick up my packages?
- At any of our six stores: four in Nassau (Mackey Street, Carmichael Road, SandyPort and Joe Farrington Road), plus Mt. Thompson in Exuma and Lower Bogue in Eleuthera. Your packages are received at our warehouse in Miami Lakes, Florida.
- Do you handle customs clearance?
- Yes. We clear your packages through Bahamian customs for you. Just upload your invoice so we can process duties and VAT accurately.
- How do I pay my bill?
- Online in your account as soon as your packages are ready, by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto, or in store. Every bill you pay online earns cashback in Shipping Bucks.
- How do I track my packages?
- Log in to your account and open Track My Packages to see the status of every package - at your US address, in transit, ready for pickup, or collected.
- Is the US address really free?
- Yes. There is no signup fee, no monthly fee and no card needed to create your account. You only pay when you ship something, and the shipping calculator shows the full cost before you buy.
- What are Shipping Bucks?
- Cashback. Every bill you pay online earns Shipping Bucks (SB$), and SB$ 100 is worth $1 off a future bill. Once you have SB$ 500 they come off automatically at checkout. We are the only freight forwarder in The Bahamas that pays you back.
- Do you ship to the Family Islands?
- Yes. We are the only major freight forwarder with our own stores in Exuma and Eleuthera, and we can get packages to the other islands from Nassau. Call 603-5555 and we will tell you the best option for yours.
