Mr. Ship It started on the Florida side, and this team still runs it day to day: working with US stores and carriers, collecting from South Florida sellers who won't ship to The Bahamas, and making sure every package makes its flight.

In Miami Lakes, our warehouse agents receive your package, check the label against your suite number, weigh and measure it, and log it to your account. In Nassau, at Airport Industrial Park, warehouse agents receive every flight, and our billing agents match your invoice and work out freight, duty and VAT, so your bill is right before it ever reaches you.

Why Christmas doesn't scare us anymore
A promise made the hard way
Our first Bahamas store, opened in 2014, was 1,000 square feet on Rosetta Street. One Christmas, the packages came faster than that little store could hold them, and it nearly ended the company. We moved to a bigger location, and we made a promise we still keep: we will never again grow faster than we can handle.
It's why every store we open is built for the busiest week of the year, and why our team grows with the season instead of asking you to wait.
