What earns Shipping Bucks

What are Shipping Bucks?
Our cashback reward. Every bill you pay online earns Shipping Bucks (SB$), and SB$ 100 is worth $1 off your next bill. No other freight forwarder in The Bahamas pays you back.
How many Shipping Bucks will I earn?
It depends on the amount you pay and the cashback rate at the time, which goes up during our cashback boosts. The pay page shows exactly how many a payment will earn before you check out.
When can I spend them?
Once your balance reaches SB$ 500, they come off your next bill automatically at checkout. You can untick the box to keep saving.
Why is there always at least $1 left to pay?
Our payment provider needs a payment at checkout, so at least $1 of any bill is paid with your card or wallet. Shipping Bucks cover the rest, up to your balance.
Do Shipping Bucks expire?
Yes, twelve months after you earn them if you haven't used them. Your oldest Bucks are always used first.
Can I cash them out or give them to someone?
No. Shipping Bucks are a reward, not money: they have no cash value and can't be transferred between accounts.
What's the difference between Shipping Bucks and credit?
Credit is money in US dollars from refunds and goodwill; it never expires. Shipping Bucks are cashback you earn by paying online. Both come off your next bill.
Where do I see my balance?
Sign in: your balance is in the top bar, and your Shipping Bucks page lists every Buck you've earned and spent.
