Package Says Delivered but Isn't in My Account?

By Mr. Ship It Team · October 26, 2026 · 3 min read

The store or courier says your package was delivered, but it isn't showing in your Mr. Ship It account. It's the most common question we get, and usually there's a simple reason. Here's how to find out where your package is, and what to send us if you still can't find it.

First, check the tracking number

Use check package received. Enter the UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or Amazon (TBA…) tracking number from the store's shipping email, and it tells you whether that package has reached our Miami Lakes warehouse, and when.

If it shows as received, sign in and open Track My Packages to see where it is now.

Why "delivered" isn't always "in your account"

It was delivered, but hasn't been checked in yet. "Delivered" means the courier dropped it at our warehouse. Each package is then logged, weighed, measured and matched to its owner before it appears in your account. In busy weeks, especially Black Friday to Christmas, that can take a little longer than usual.

The suite number is missing or wrong. Your suite number is how we match a package to you. If it wasn't on the second address line, the package can't be put in your account automatically. Check the shipping address on the order. If the suite number is missing, call us with the tracking number and we'll find it.

It went to an old address. If you moved, or you used a different forwarder in the past, a store may still have the old address saved, sometimes on just part of an order. Look at the address on the order confirmation, and update the default address in each store you shop: Amazon, Shein, Temu, Walmart and so on. Our Amazon guide shows where to change it.

The order came in several boxes. Big orders often ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking number. One can arrive days before the others. Check every tracking number on the order.

The tracking number changed. Amazon and Shein orders are sometimes handed from one carrier to another on the way. If the number in the store's email finds nothing, try the one shown on the latest carrier page (for example, the USPS or FedEx number that took over).

It was delivered somewhere else. Couriers sometimes mark a package delivered before it actually arrives, or leave it at the wrong address. If our system has no record of the tracking number after a couple of business days, ask the store or courier for the proof of delivery: it shows the address and, often, a photo.

What to send us

If you've checked all of the above and still can't find it, call us on 603-5555 or email hello@mrshipit.com with:

  • your account number (it's your suite number),
  • the tracking number, and which courier delivered it,
  • the store and the delivery date on the tracking page,
  • the order confirmation or invoice, and
  • the courier's proof of delivery if you have it.

With those, we can search the warehouse records for your package.

Once it's in your account

  • Upload the invoice right away so it can clear customs when it lands. Our invoice guide explains what Customs needs.
  • Follow it in Track My Packages. Once a package is at your US address, it's typically ready in Nassau within 5 business days, and in the Family Islands within 6 to 8.
  • Pay online when it's ready, and earn Shipping Bucks on the bill.

Avoid it next time

  • Put your suite number on the second address line of every order, and save the address as the default in each store.
  • Keep the store's shipping emails until the package is in your account.
  • Upload the invoice when you order, not when the package lands.
